11^th Annual Chapter Charity Event:  TOP GOLF

Monday, May 20, 2024 – 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm

Event begins at 12:00 PM on Monday, May 20, 2024. Lunch will be provided at 12:30.

There are limited bays, and they are filling up fast!

Registration deadline is Wednesday, May 8, 2024.

Golf Team Bay (Up to 6 people) - $530

Corporate Bay Sponsor - $600

- Display your logo on the digital marketing board, as well as on our Facebook page and NABIP-TV website. This includes a bay for up to 6 people. 

Lunch Sponsor (2) - $1,500

- Display your logo on the digital marketing board, as well as on our Facebook page and NABIP-TV website. This includes a bay for up to 6 people.

Top Contender Tournament Sponsor (1) - $1,000

- Be our Top contender tournament sponsor!  The Top Contender tournament allows everyone to play in a tournament for prizes.  This sponsorship includes displaying your logo on the digital marketing board, our Facebook page, and website. This includes a bay for up to 6 people.  

Raffle item sponsor - OPEN TO ALL

• Bring an item to raffle at the golf event and all proceeds will go to the Idaho Community Outreach Behavioral Services (COBS)
