• Shannon Hohl - Market Oversight Chief, Idaho Department of Insurance

• Randy Pipal - Consumer Services Bureau Chief, Idaho Department of Insurance

TOPIC:  The Importance and Variations of Compliance for Health Insurance Professionals/Agents

Shannon Hohl has been with the Idaho Department of Insurance for more than 10 years.  She was previously the Supervisor of the Department's SHIBA Program and is currently the Market Oversight Bureau Chief.  The Market Oversight Bureau works with industry to promote a healthy insurance market for all Idahoans.

Randy Pipal has been been with the Idaho Department of Insurance for a little over 4 years.  Randy is a Certified Risk Manager, as well as a Certified Insurance Counselor.  Randy has also worked as a broker for many years here in the Treasure Valley.  

Please join us as Shannon and Randy will review how compliance can have an impact on our industry, and how you can add value to your clients by being a source which they can rely upon.
