Sarah Bettwieser is the owner and lead government affairs consultant for Cygnet, LLC.  She directs policy strategy and manages relationships with Idaho legislators, state officials, and key stakeholders.

With more than a decade of legislative experience, she specializes in health care, insurance, business, and telecommunications, working with some of Idaho’s largest companies. She also has strong nonprofit leadership experience from her time as Executive Director of the Idaho Governor’s Cup Scholarship Fund, where she collaborated with the Governor and First Lady to raise nearly $1 million annually for Idaho student scholarships.

Sarah is driven by her commitment to expanding access to affordable primary care and behavioral health services. She serves on the boards of CASA, Idaho Voices for Children, FUNDSY, the Idaho Governor’s Cup, and the Idaho Youth Ranch Programs Committee. Her work has earned recognition including Idaho Business Review Women of the Year (2020), WCA Tribute to Women in Industry (2020), and Idaho Business Review Accomplished Under 40 (2021).
